8 Google posts a month, review replies within 24 hours, and updates and fixes every week. A report every month, ready by the 8th, with the rankings, calls and reviews, and a call each fortnight on Growth and above.
You stay in control
You log in to the Command Centre and see every post, and you can change any of them. Reviews are answered under reply settings you agree with us at the start, and every 1 and 2-star review gets a draft for approval.

What Australian businesses ask first
What does Spark Radius do, and what does it cost?
For a local business the work is your Google Business Profile, your reviews, the technical health of your website, pages for the services and suburbs you sell, and checking whether ChatGPT and Google's AI answers name you. We track your Google Maps rank from a grid of points, not one spot, and send a report every month. Pricing is per location per month in Australian dollars: Foundation A$990, Growth A$1,990, Authority A$2,990, with a six-month minimum. From Growth the website is included and stays yours.
Is Spark Radius Australian?
Yes. Spark is an Australian business based in Sydney. Your contract and invoices are with Arc Sight Foundry Pty Ltd, ABN 49 700 993 442, in Australian dollars.
Is GST included?
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST of 10% is added on the invoice.
How do you handle reviews under Australian Consumer Law?
We answer every review, the bad ones included, and never try to have a genuine negative review hidden or removed. Replies are drafted in your voice and go out within 24 hours under settings you agree with us, and every 1 and 2-star review gets a draft for approval rather than an automatic reply.
Can I get a free report?
Yes. Tell us your business and suburb on the Spark Radius report page and we check your Maps rankings, your Google Business Profile, your website and what the AI assistants say about you. No card, no obligation, nothing to install.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Agencies can resell the service under their own brand or ours, at per-location wholesale rates. Get in touch and we will walk you through it.
