The line between the plans
Your Google profile, 8 posts a month and the review replies. No website. If you already have a site you are happy with, this tier leaves it alone.
The website is included, and so is the design and build work that produces it. There is no separate build fee on any tier.
The website goes with you. We hand over the site and a plain-English guide for running it yourself with ChatGPT or Claude, so you are not stuck paying us to change a phone number.
More than one venue
Additional locations are quoted per site. The work per location drops sharply once the first site is set up, because most of it is automated, and the quote reflects that rather than pretending every branch is a fresh start. Past seven sites we quote by hand — tell us how many venues, how many brands and how much of it shares a back office, and you get a number built for that, usually within a day.
Prepayment
Six months paid up front costs five and a half months of fee. Twelve months costs ten. Same plan, same work, one invoice instead of twelve. The six-month minimum applies either way.

The first month is heavier than the rest: profile audits and corrections, access to every platform, tracking, the review system and, on Growth and above, the website build. It is covered by the monthly price, and there is no separate onboarding charge.
Six months on every plan. Local search takes time to move, and a shorter term does not give either side a fair read. You can change tier or add locations at any point during the term.
Profile fixes show within weeks. Rankings for the suburb and the category usually move within three to six months. You get a report every month and the numbers are yours whatever happens.
Yes. Agencies can resell the service under their own brand or ours, at per-location wholesale rates.
