What we collect, and what happens to it

What we collect

• For a free report: your business name, suburb and website, your first name and email, and — only if you give them — your last name and phone number.
• For an enquiry: your name, email and the details you type in.
• For clients: the access needed to manage your Google profile, reviews, website and ads, and the contact details of the people we work with.

We do not store your IP address with a report request. We use it briefly to stop the form being flooded, and then discard it.

Why we collect it

To prepare and email your report, follow up about what it found (you agreed to that when you asked for it, and every email has a way to stop it), answer your enquiry, and deliver the service you pay for. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to anyone else's mailing list.

Who we share it with — including overseas

Some of the work is carried out by our delivery partner's team in the Philippines and on systems hosted in the United States. When you ask for a report or become a client, your business details, the public information about your business, and the contact details needed to do the work may be sent there. We take reasonable steps to make sure the people we share it with handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Our own systems run on Google Cloud (Firebase) and Microsoft 365 for email.

How long we keep it

Report requests and enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful to you or to us, and deleted on request.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold at any time: use the delete my data page or email services@growwithspark.com. If you are unhappy with how we handled your information you can complain to us first, and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
