Posts, offers and photos are drafted and queued where you can see and change every one. If a post has not been approved by its posting day, it goes up as drafted, and you can still edit it afterwards. Public holiday hours are set before the long weekend, not after. In every tier.

Do you handle the Australian directories too, or just Google?
Google Business Profile is the core of the work on every tier. From Growth, we also list you in the directories your industry uses, and keep your name, address and phone consistent across them. A wrong number on one of those costs a call as much as a wrong one on Google.
Do I get to see posts before they go up?
Yes. Every post, photo and offer sits in a queue where you can see it, change it or approve it. If a post has not been approved by its posting day, we publish it as drafted, without a photo if none was given, and you can still edit it afterwards. That keeps your profile active in a month when you are too busy to look.
