Spark Radius · Terms

The terms, in plain English

These summarise how Spark Radius works. Your written proposal sets out the detail for your business and is what you sign.

Who you are dealing with

Spark Radius is a Spark service provided by Arc Sight Foundry Pty Ltd, ABN 49 700 993 442. We hold the relationship and answer for the work, including work carried out by our delivery partner.

Price and term

  • Plans are priced per location, per month, in Australian dollars, as shown on the pricing page.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST of 10% is added on the invoice.
  • The minimum term is 6 months on every plan. Prepaid terms are billed up front for the whole term.
  • No setup fee. You can change tier or add locations at any time during the term.

Your website and your data

  • On Growth and Authority the website is yours to keep. If you leave, we hand it over with a guide for running it yourself.
  • Your reports and numbers are yours whatever happens.

Reviews

We answer every review, the bad ones included, and never try to have a genuine negative review hidden or removed. We do not write, buy, gate or incentivise reviews. That is how Australian Consumer Law expects it, and it is what keeps your Google profile safe.
