Local SEO results for a BGC wine bar: ranked in 14 of 15 tested Google Maps keywords, #1 for french cuisine restaurant near me, 978 reviews at 4.7 stars.
These results were delivered on the platform Spark Radius runs on, for its clients outside Australia, before Spark Radius opened here in October 2026. Australian case studies follow as our first clients reach their thirty-day numbers.
Dr Wine shows up on Google Maps for 14 of the 15 searches we test, several of them in the top three, and is first for "french cuisine restaurant near me". It has 978 reviews at 4.7 stars.

The challenge
It already ranked for almost every search we track, so the work moved from winning rankings to keeping them. Two gaps stood out. New reviews had slowed, which matters because Google reads recent reviews as a sign that a place is still busy. And the website did not show up in the ordinary Google results (organic search) at all, despite the strong Maps presence.
What we did
- Audited its Maps rankings and Google profile for 15 searches.
- Confirmed the first place on Maps and recorded where it ranks for all 14.
- Checked the profile was complete, and found that new reviews had slowed.
- Checked the website for technical problems before starting on the ordinary Google results.
Where it stands
The website scored 67 out of 100 on our health check, and that limits everything outside Maps. A venue with 978 reviews that ranks on Maps for almost everything is getting nothing from the ordinary Google results. That is the next piece of work, along with getting new reviews coming in again.
