Western suburbs practices
Established, well reviewed and rarely updated. Strong on proximity, weak on freshness.

Local SEO for Perth clinics, dentists and allied health: corridor catchments, availability searches such as swing-week bookings, and AHPRA-safe replies.
Local SEO for Perth clinics rewards availability. Patients travel along the corridor and book around a roster, and the clinic that shows real availability at the moment somebody searches takes the appointment.
The short version
Corridor clinics competing on availability, including FIFO swing-day bookings, under AHPRA rules.
Where you are looked up
Perth is a long, thin strip from Joondalup down to Mandurah, and clinics draw along that line rather than in a circle. A practice in Subiaco competes with the western suburbs and the inner corridor, not with Rockingham. Because the metro is thin and long, the field around any one clinic is smaller than in the eastern capitals, and review counts that would be unremarkable in Sydney lead the market here.
A second thing shapes the Perth market that shapes nowhere else as strongly. A large share of patients work rosters, fly in and fly out, and book care into a swing week. Those searches happen at odd hours and convert on availability rather than on brand. A clinic that publishes real appointment times, keeps Saturday hours accurate and answers the phone during the change-over week takes bookings its competitors never see.
Established, well reviewed and rarely updated. Strong on proximity, weak on freshness.
Joondalup, Morley and Rockingham, drawing from long catchments with little competition for the listing.
Consistent listings and generic replies, with categories set centrally rather than locally.
Clinic booking directory pages ranking for your category, sometimes above your own site.
A service, a suburb along the corridor, and above all how soon they can be seen.
The core of the practice, and more winnable here than in any other capital because so few competitors have built for it.
The highest intent searches in the city, and the ones roster workers use. Hours, attributes and a working booking link decide them.
Longer to win, worth more per patient, and now often summarised above the map from real service pages.
AHPRA prohibits testimonials about clinical care in advertising, and it applies to a Perth practice the same way it applies anywhere in the country. What patients write on Google of their own accord is not advertising you control. Repeating it on your website is. That line decides what a clinic can ask for and where any of it can be shown.
So the ask is about the visit rather than the treatment, it goes to every patient rather than a chosen list, and it carries no incentive. In a smaller market a steady trickle of genuine reviews compounds quickly, because the practices around you are not collecting any.
Where patients look, and where the top three on the map is decided. In Perth a modest, steady flow is enough to lead.
Booking first, and their availability has to match your profile hours or the booking fails at the last step.
Practitioner and service pages, with no quoted patient testimonial, because that is the line the National Law draws.
Every review gets a reply within 24 hours, drafted to thank the reviewer without confirming a treating relationship, and the practice chooses at the start which reviews, if any, get an automatic reply. Every other one waits as a draft for the practice to release. Alongside that it keeps the profile hours and the booking platform in step, which for a Perth clinic taking swing-week bookings is the difference between a filled Saturday and an empty one.
A low review never gets an automatic reply. The practice sees the draft and approves it first.
A house form that answers without disclosing anything, whether it goes out automatically or as a draft.
Profile hours, booking platform and site checked against each other every month.
Spark Radius opened in October 2026, so there is no Perth result to show you yet and we will not dress one up. These are June 2026 monthly reports from clients outside Australia, run on the system and by the team you would get.
A wellness and recovery studio · June 2026
First on Google Maps for 10 of the 14 searches it ranks for, with a profile 100% complete and 555 direction requests in the month.
A fitness studio · June 2026
Sixty-five Google reviews, all five stars, first on Maps for its main search, and named in 8 of the 20 AI searches we ran for it.
Each figure is what the account measured in that month, not a before and after. Australian case studies go up as the first clients here reach their own numbers.

If you get in touch
On the call we go through your Google profile, your website and what AI tools say about you, then tell you which plan fits.
The four Australian verticals we work in, each with its own competitive set and its own searches.
Venues spread along the corridor and in Fremantle, where a trip is planned before it is made.
Before-work class searches in a thin competitive set, where the timetable wins the booking.
Long-corridor service areas, WA licensing, and enquiry patterns shaped by mining rosters.
We map your rankings across the catchment, audit the profile against the categories, hours and booking links that matter, and check the review flow against the advertising rules.
You can ask about the experience of visiting, and what a patient writes on Google is not advertising you control. The National Law prohibits using testimonials about clinical care in your own advertising, which covers your site, your ads and your social posts. Our reply wording is built around that distinction.
It is thinner and longer. Fewer competitors per suburb, longer catchments along the corridor, and review counts that would be average in Sydney leading the field here. In practice a Perth clinic usually sees movement sooner for the same work.
It changes what has to be right. Those patients search at odd hours and book into a narrow window, so accurate hours, weekend availability and a booking link showing real times matter more than anything you could say about the practice. We treat availability as a ranking and conversion problem rather than an operational detail.
Foundation is A$990 per location per month, Growth A$1,990 and Authority A$2,990, with a six-month minimum. A practice in Joondalup and a second in Rockingham are two locations, and additional locations are quoted per site. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST; 10% GST is added on the invoice. The free audit runs the grid along your corridor first.
Profile corrections like categories, hours and booking links can move a listing within weeks. Fewer clinics work their listings here than in Sydney, so the same fixes tend to go further. On a contested term plan for three to six months, and watch the monthly grid for movement.
